Fan instructions |
(1) Special considerations 1. The grounding of the fan shell or motor shell must be reliable, reverse rotation is prohibited, operation with over-rated current is prohibited, and operation under phase loss is prohibited; 2. The number of refueling of the fan bearing is not less than 1000 hours/time, and maintenance of the fan during operation is prohibited. (2) Receipt inspection and preparation for fan installation 1. Before unpacking the fan, check whether the package is intact, whether the fan nameplate parameters meet the requirements, and whether the accompanying accessories are complete and complete. 2. Carefully check whether the fan is deformed or damaged during transportation, whether the fasteners are loose or fall off, whether the impeller is rubbed, and check all parts of the fan. If an abnormal phenomenon is found, it should be repaired before use. 3. Use a 500V megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance between the fan casing and the motor windings. The value should be greater than 0.5 megohms. Otherwise, the motor windings should be dried. The temperature during drying should not exceed 120°C. 4. Prepare all kinds of materials, tools and sites required for fan installation. (3) Fan installation 1. Fully familiarize yourself with the sample of the fan, familiar with the specifications, type, direction of rotation of the impeller and the direction of air flow, etc.; before the installation of the fan, check whether the impeller is rubbed or not, and conduct a comprehensive inspection of all parts, whether the accessories are complete, and Whether the component connection is tight. Carefully check whether the fan blades are damaged or deformed due to transportation, otherwise they should be repaired before installation. 2. The air pipe connecting the inlet and outlet of the fan should have a separate support, and it is not allowed to add the weight of the pipe to the components of the fan; when installing the fan, pay attention to the horizontal position of the fan, and connect the connection surface between the fan and the foundation and the air outlet pipe It should be adjusted so that it fits naturally, and not forcibly connected. 3. After the fan is installed, pull the impeller with your hand or lever to check whether there is any over-tightening or rubbing, whether there are any objects that hinder the rotation, and there is no abnormal phenomenon, and then the test operation can be carried out. The exposed part of the fan drive should be There is a protective cover (provided by the user). If the air inlet of the fan is not connected to the pipe, a protective net or other safety device (provided by the user) is also required. 4. The fan wiring must be correct and reliable, the fan shell should be properly grounded, and the grounding must be reliable. The power supply to the fan must be complete and meet relevant requirements. The fan wiring must have professional knowledge of electrician wiring. 5. After the fan is fully installed, check whether there are any tools and sundries left in the fan. |
Fan debugging |
1. The fan is allowed to start at full voltage or at reduced voltage, but it should be noted that the current at full voltage start is about 5-7 times the rated current, and the reduced voltage starting torque is proportional to the square of the voltage. When the grid capacity is insufficient, it should be Start with reduced voltage. (When the power is greater than 11kW, and start with reduced voltage.) 2. When the fan is in trial operation, you should carefully read the product manual to check whether the wiring method is consistent with the wiring diagram; carefully check whether the working voltage of the power supply to the fan meets the requirements, whether the power supply is missing or in the same phase, and the capacity of the power distribution components does it reach the requirement. 3. During the test run, there are no less than two people. One person controls the power supply, and the other observes the operation of the fan. If any abnormal phenomenon is found, the machine should be shut down and checked immediately; first check whether the rotation direction is correct; after the fan starts to run, immediately check whether the operating current of each phase is balanced Whether the current exceeds the rated current; if there is any abnormality, stop the machine for inspection. After running for five minutes, stop the machine to check if there is any abnormality in the fan, confirm that there is no abnormality, and then start the operation. 4. When the two-speed fan is tested, start at low speed and check whether the direction of rotation is correct; when starting at high speed, wait until the fan is stationary before starting to prevent high-speed reverse rotation, which may cause switch trips and motor damage. 5. When the fan reaches the normal speed, measure whether the input current of the fan is normal, and the operating current of the fan cannot exceed its rated current. If the operating current exceeds its rated current, check whether the supplied voltage is normal. 6. The motor power required by the fan refers to the larger power required for the centrifugal fan and fan case when the air inlet is fully opened under certain working conditions. If the air inlet is fully opened for operation, the motor may be damaged. It is best to close the valve on the inlet or outlet pipe of the fan during the test run, and gradually open the valve after operation until the required working condition is reached, and pay attention to whether the operating current of the fan exceeds the rated current. |
Fan maintenance and storage |
1. The operating environment should always be kept tidy, the surface of the fan should be kept clean, and there should be no debris at the inlet and outlet. Regularly remove dust and debris in the fan and pipeline. 2. The fan can only be operated under normal conditions. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the power supply facilities have sufficient capacity and stable voltage. It is strictly forbidden to run without phase. The power supply line must be a dedicated line, and temporary lines should not be used for long-term power supply. 3. During the operation of the fan, it is found that the fan has abnormal noise, the motor is seriously heated, the shell is electrified, the switch is tripped, and it cannot be started. It should be shut down immediately for inspection. To ensure safety, maintenance is not allowed while the fan is running. After the overhaul, a trial run should be carried out for about five minutes to confirm that there is no abnormal phenomenon before starting the operation. 4. Add or replace lubricating grease on the bearing from time to time according to the environmental conditions of use (the motor enclosed bearing does not need to replace the lubricating grease during the service life). In order to ensure good lubrication of the fan during operation, the number of refueling shall not be less than 1000 hours/time , Seal the bearing and motor bearing, and fill 2/3 of the inner and outer rings of the bearing with ZL-3 lithium-based grease. Running short of oil is strictly prohibited. 5. The fan should be stored in a dry environment to prevent the motor from getting damp. When the fan is stored in the open air, measures should be taken to prevent rain. The fan should be prevented from bumping during storage and handling to avoid damage to the fan. |
